Our finance team is in charge of organizing, auditing, accounting for and controlling the company's finances. They manage funds within the organization and plans for the expenditure of funds on various assets.
Our data team works closely with our administrative staff to ensure our organization runs smoothly. They have a keen eye for detail and makes sure that the company has accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a safe and confidential digital database.
Community Outreach Department
Our community outreach team conducts outreach to ensure local families, businesses and organizations know about our programs. They help to establish new partnerships, sponsors and donors, analyze community needs and work with the community to address concerns about healthy relationships.
Our communications team works closely with our outreach department to promote our programs to the public through multiple avenues of communication and through various means including press releases, advertisements, and social media posts. In addition to promoting our brand throughout South Florida, they also develop media for internal communications.
Parent Facilitators Department
Our parent facilitators aim is to enhance and support parent involvement initiatives that focus on improving parent-child relationships. Our parent facilitators host workshops that encourage positive parenting and equip parents with tools to raise confident, competent children.
The program specialist works closely with our partnering agencies on federal, state, and local levels. In addition to overseeing multiple projects at the same time, the program specialist serves an integral role in program development, identifying the aims and vision of each project, and giving them purpose and direction.
Youth Facilitators Department
Our Lead Facilitators are in charge of overseeing several different grants on the federal, state and county level. They file monthly reports, schedule youth workshops with partnering community organizations, and conduct quarterly evaluations and site visits to ensure staff are teaching curricula to fidelity. They also help with facilitation in the classrooms when needed.
Our Level I & Level II Facilitators teach healthy relationship curricula that is age-appropriate, evidence-based, and medically accurate to middle and high school-aged youth across Miami-Dade and Broward County. They work with youth in different sectors, including: public & private schools, charter schools, alternative schools, faith-based organizations, as well as juvenile detention centers.
Our after-school staff are in charge of overseeing two after school programs. The Be Strong After School Club offers tutoring, academic assistance, martial arts, photography classes, financial literacy, healthy relationship activities, field trips and more!
