Our Marketing & Communications team works closely with all departments to promote our programs to the public through multiple communication channels. This includes press releases, advertisements, social media posts, and other outreach materials. In addition to promoting the Be Strong International brand throughout South Florida, the team also develops media for internal communications. This department is a strong fit for candidates interested in mission-driven storytelling, nonprofit marketing, community outreach, and brand awareness.

The Fundraising Department at Be Strong International plays a vital role in advancing the organization's mission by cultivating meaningful relationships with donors, corporate partners, and foundations. Through strategic fundraising initiatives, stewardship, and community engagement, the department secures the resources needed to sustain and expand life-changing programs for youth, families, and couples across South Florida. The Family & Marriage Division operates programs designed to help couples build healthier relationships and support families as they identify social, mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs. Team members in this division support relationship education, family engagement, and program services that help couples and families strengthen communication, trust, and connection.

Our Parent Division aims to enhance and support parent involvement initiatives that focus on improving parent-child relationships. Parent facilitators host workshops that encourage positive parenting and equip parents with tools to raise confident, competent children. These workshops are offered online and in person, and they are taught in English, Spanish, and Creole. Our Youth Division operates programs designed to help young people develop healthy relationships through Heart Skills® and other evidence-based curricula. These programs help youth avoid risky behaviors, build confidence, strengthen communication, and make healthier choices. The Youth Division oversees several programs, including Project H.O.P.E. and Be Strong After School Club.
