On Monday February 6th, on behalf of Mayor Karyn Cunningham of Palmetto Bay, Vice Mayor Tellam presented Michelle Shirley, CEO & Chief Heart Officer of Be Strong International, with a proclamation in honor of Black History Month – Trailblazer Woman of Color!
